Shipping Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for most unused and unopened items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. After 7 days from the delivery date, we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.

What cannot be returned?

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Some health and personal care items (list specific excluded items here, if applicable)

Return Process:

  2. Ship your return: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
  3. Return Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
  4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Contact your credit card company or bank for further assistance.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at support@velaorganic.com and send your item to:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. For non-gift purchases, the gift giver will be refunded.
